A belated happy new year everyone from Couchblip! Admittedly its been a quiet start to the year for us but things are just ready to get back into the swing. First news is that we now have a distributor in Denmark - PiatCat is our new found friend.
There are also two live gigs situated at either end of the world. The first is Feb 15th, Pellarin plays at Vibration KBH 03 (Vega, Copenhagen V). Disjunction Reunion will be performing live at Debris at the Excelsior Hotel (Fouveaux St, Surry Hills) on Thursday February 20th. For those of you that have never been Debris is brought to you every Thursday night by the Flurb squad and best of all its FREE! So come down next thursday and check out the all new set Disjunction Reunion will be playing. Releases for the new year..........so far Disjunction Reunion and Bloq both have tracks on the new Tim Koch remix album - 'Please don't tell me that's your remix' on Aural Industries. It's an amazing remix album with remixes from artists worldwide including Proem, Novel 23 and Ten and Tracer! Groovescooter records have the Don Meers remix album entitled Track Works. Robokoneko and Disjunction Reunion have both contributed tracks for this release. Robokoneko has a ltd edn cd-r release coming up on Duotone's Electric Avenue Series and is still finishing her debut CD Anembo which was due for release in January this year - it'll be here soon. Disjunction Reunion is working on his second full length release and rumour has it that Bloq may even come back from his round the world trip next month......
